I needed to get the oil changed on my Saturn Aura. Upon arriving Courtney greeted me and was very friendly and explained that the oil change would be free of charge. Our sales man was very helpful and honest. We had not had good experience with Bachrodt before but decided to try them one more time because they had the exact vehicle we were looking for. Salesman very nice, promised us we could walk out with a check for a rebate the next day if we purchased today. I had to bring my Chevy Venture in to their service area 9 times in an 8 month period to have the same/related problem fixed. Twice they misplaced my vehicle on the lot. They lost reservations to have the vehicle worked. When I brought my concerns to the service advisor he didn't seem to care about me or my issues. It wasn't until the GM was involved that my vehicle was finally fixed. Lou Bachrodt Automall's service department sucks. I had to take my 2005 Chevy Silverado in there yesterday to have warranty work done. I now have to take it back today as they messed up the door while fixing the other issue. More
This is a small BMW dealer in north central Illinois. The BMW showroom was recently expanded and well done. Their Client Advisors are extremely knowledgeable. When I bring my BMW in for service, it's done right the first time and there's always a clear explanation about work done. More
