This has been the worse experience I’ve had as a vehicle owner. It is unacceptable that a newly delivered vehicle is already experiencing critical mechanical issues, and even more disappointing that the ser owner. It is unacceptable that a newly delivered vehicle is already experiencing critical mechanical issues, and even more disappointing that the service process is so poorly managed. My Hummer had only 70 miles when I first brought it in due to a power steering system warning. I waited over two hours, only to be told that they need to order a part and would arrive in a week and I was advised that the vehicle was safe to drive, which I later discovered was far from true. After that week passed, I made repeated attempts to contact service department to schedule a follow up, but my calls went unanswered for several weeks. Frustrated and with no other option, I drove to the dealership in person. I was told the part had arrived, but I would need to leave the vehicle for two weeks. I voice my concern, having already waited over two months And had experienced a terrifying incident on I-95 when the power steering locked up nearly causing a serious accident. Despite all of this, I was met with indifference and told that due to workload, I would simply have to wait. More
