After they withdrew my down payment from my account, it took hours of effort just to get someone on the phone. I was pre-approved through my bank, and this dealership is listed as a preferred partner in their auto finance department. Still, they refused to release the car to me until my bank wired them the funds, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. When I finally arrived to pick the car up, I brought a friend who speaks Spanish. As soon as they realized who I was, one of the employees told me to “wait here” while he called my salesman. I was shocked and offended to hear him say, in Spanish, “That white boy is here to pick up the car.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, the car had a dead battery and low tires when I arrived — not what you’d expect when purchasing a vehicle from any reputable dealership. Later, I found out the car had already been registered to me before they allowed me to pick it up. On top of all that, the Florida tag office had to reach out to me because the dealership failed to provide them with necessary documentation, despite repeated requests. The only positive part of this experience was working with Nicole in the title department. She was polite, helpful, and responsive — truly the only person who seemed to care. This dealership's lack of professionalism, poor communication, and outright disrespect left a lasting impression — and not a good one. More

I was stranded in homestead due to faulty warranty work completed by a different dealership. They did eventually get the truck fixed but I could not get Alex to even pick up the phone for three days. Apparently he was “unavailable” every time I called to find out what was going on. At the end of the day it was probably not an unreasonable time to wait for the truck.
