Jamey Vickers was the absolute BEST salesperson! I was a bit of a pain to work with because I am also a bit of a control freak. But he always stayed with me and listened when I told him what I wanted. He really worked hard to find me what I wanted and was patient with me while I made a decision. He also made sure to come in on his off day for the vehicle delivery (I was able to get all paperwork done offsite, which was a plus). I wouldn't want to work with ANYONE else! Thanks, Jamey! :) More

This is my first vehicle purchased from Long Lewis in Muscle Shoals. My experience from day 1 has been outstanding. Jamie our salesperson and Ben helped my wife and I build the truck we needed to pull ou Muscle Shoals. My experience from day 1 has been outstanding. Jamie our salesperson and Ben helped my wife and I build the truck we needed to pull our newly purchased camper. The truck was delivered in the time frame they said it would take and it was exactly what we ordered. I have had in for two recalls and both times Jacob was my service advisor who was very professional and gave me accurate waiting times. Everything went very smooth. I'm not upset with the recalls but thankful that Ford quickly deals with problems that crop up and gets them fixed long before they become a major problem. So overall I am well pleased with my total experience. More
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Long Lewis in Muscle Shoals over the past 6 months. This is by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish everybody went beyond their means during the purchase of both vehicles and after. Long Lewis Ford will be my recommendation for anybody looking for a vehicle. More

PLEASE READ I don’t even know where to start with the atrocious behavior of the employees and management of this location. Caleb and I started our journey here looking at a Porsche Macan they had on the atrocious behavior of the employees and management of this location. Caleb and I started our journey here looking at a Porsche Macan they had on the lot. Our sales person was Dustin. It was a nice car but not for us. We then started looking at a 2020 Ford F-150. We noticed it was dirty and uncleaned from the previous owners. We fell in love with the “certified” pre owned truck” and decided to buy it. We were assured it would be cleaned up before it was sold. Fast forward a week and we start to notice some creepy crawlers in the vehicle. At the same time we noticed the front plugs didn’t work. We couldn’t use the USB adapters. We contacted the sales person and got in to have the car maintained. After a quick look over their “professionals” determined something had spilt onto the engine and gotten into the electrical and damaged it. Ruling it as our fault. At this point we had had the car for MAYBE two week it was physically impossible for it to be out fault. It was also determined that the roaches were our fault although I have picture and video proof that the car was sold with the bugs. We were assured the issue was taken care of before buying. After quite a fuss they decided that they would replace the part and do the maintenance. We were informed by Eric the general manager that they were short staffed and had been cutting corners and he apologized. All handy until the oil change notification pops up a few days later. Again we call and they are “pretty sure” they did and oil change but would do another just to be sure” which just tells me it was never done or they honestly had no idea. We are still in the process of waiting on the part and have to move to Hoover Alabama for my job. Luckily there is a location down here. Well we start calling to check the status of our parts and when we can get the oil change and miraculously THEY ARE NEVER THERE! who knew that Dustin and Eric were such busy people that they couldn’t bother to take care of the customers they are actively trying to screw over. After WEEKS of Caleb trying I call myself from my phone and low and behold Dustin is available. He was rude and short and absolutely not helpful. We were told that the part we needed was sent to Hoover. We called Hoover they didn’t know anything about it. Finally I get in touch with someone at Hoover and he said he has the part but doesn’t know why or what it’s about so we tell him. At the same time the drive shaft on the truck is acting up and we are trying to get in touch with someone about it. Early in this process we were told we could trade out of the car with no problems. Caleb loved the truck and wanted to keep it. Now that it’s problem after problem and no one is actually trying to help de had determined he wanted far far away from this car. We start looking in Hoover and he finds one he likes. They quote a trade in leaving us with $7k negative equity. We call the muscle shoals to let them know we are just going to trade out and are informed they will over trade in for a partial amount leaving us with $5k negative equity. Which is INSANE to me. They neglected their duties and falsely sold us a truck that has been nothing but problems. They ignore our calls and pleas for solutions. I’m at a complete loss. More
