the best dealership in the world I have been a customer from Long Lewis Ford (Muscle Shoals) since 1998.. I live 157 miles from them but would not go anywhere else the owner's, Manag I have been a customer from Long Lewis Ford (Muscle Shoals) since 1998.. I live 157 miles from them but would not go anywhere else the owner's, Managers, Sales and other staff workers makes you feel like family I think I've bought 17 or 18 vehicles from them and have never had a bad experience.. Best new car experience ever! I began this purchasse by being a little difficult! I told my salesperson (Nina) that I wanted a specific payment range and what my criteria was. She took it all in stride and treated me like I was her only customer! I absolutely LOVE my car and am thrilled with the experience that I had! I was in a hurry, due to an obligation at my job, but everyone went above and beyond to get my paperwork done , allowing me to be where I needed to be. I returned the next day to get "trained" on all the bells and whistles and again, was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. This was my second car purchase from Long Lewis and I would recommend Long Lewis and Nina to anyone! More
