I was able to find a car I liked with reasonable payments, and never once felt like I had to buy anything. It was all set up for me to look and find what I needed. Since then I managed to run over something and flatten a tire, but they patched it right up with no charge as soon as I brought it in. Definitely a friendly group, and greatly recommend them. More

Service department is terrible First time I took a 2010 f150 in with 6k miles it was in there for a month. When I got it back it did it again. Just quit on me. This one is a 2013 wi First time I took a 2010 f150 in with 6k miles it was in there for a month. When I got it back it did it again. Just quit on me. This one is a 2013 with 14k miles. It has a complaint about the noise in the transmission which mine has. The first time it stayed 3 days then they said have to order parts. Said only have one transmission man. Told me to make appointment after the parts got in where it would be out by the evening. I did and now another delay and it won't be ready. They are good at selling them but they sure won't care about you if you have a problem later More

My name is Keith Folger. Long Lewis Ford Of Shoals wanted me to pay for repair of defective airbag system before they sold me a car. While test driving I noticed the airbag warning light, and I was told by t me to pay for repair of defective airbag system before they sold me a car. While test driving I noticed the airbag warning light, and I was told by the salesman that he would take care of it because it was “their responsibility” but the deal was later reneged upon when the dealer found out it would be a 350 dollar fix. I was in process of signing paperwork and had an offer in writing. They also were going to make me a spare key and later told me they would not do so. More
