I was trying to put my bad experience with the service department at Long Hyundai earlier this month out of my mind. However, when I got the thank you for trusting us with your Hyundai notice in the mail department at Long Hyundai earlier this month out of my mind. However, when I got the thank you for trusting us with your Hyundai notice in the mail it brought back the bad experience. I've read lots of reviews on this dealership regarding the service department and had I read some of these before I went in I probably would have gone somewhere else and had my oil changed even though I've been bringing it there since I purchased it from another dealership in 2018 . I understand the sales department do a great job but there's still a lot to be done with the service department. They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them but I had to give them something so that the review would appear. I was inconvenienced after bringing my car in for an oil change and could have caused major damage to my engine. I was told I had a slight leak that could wait until the next oil change at 3000 miles. Needless to say this was not correct information. I was smelling burning and noticed a large area of oil in my garage. This happened less than a week after I was given the information. After this experience I don't trust Long Hyundai to do work on my car! More

I’d arrived at the dealership to look at one car but when it became obvious that car wouldn’t work, he didn’t try to sell it to me despite knowing it wasn’t the best one for me. Instead he showed me a different one that was absolutely perfect. And when I expressed a concern about a feature, he didn’t dismiss my concern. He addressed it and sent me info to help reassure me. None of the other salespeople at the other dealerships attempted to find what I really needed or listen to what I wanted. Cedric didn’t push his opinions on me. He listened. In the end we bought the Tucson Hybrid, per Cedric’s recommendation, and are absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. Thank you! More
