We were shopping for our daughter a used vehicle. Luckily, we where paired up with salesman Cedric Toney. He was spectacular from the very beginning. I see lots of great reviews posted so don't know if management has recently changed but my experience was quite negative. At beginning sales person respectful/friendly and seems reasonably straight forward. Ordered vehicle build with price negotiated and was told would take 4-6 weeks to receive. A month later told my vehicle was next to be built. Two weeks later told still not started and given a reason why. Addl two weeks later still not started and told they can't get answer as to why not, seemed very strange. A week later called and told they had the exact same vehicle, would we be interested, just different color offered at a sign higher price. Attempted to negotiate with multiple messages left for manager with no return call. Also told my sales person was suddenly no longer there. Don't know if there is recent new management but their practices feel very dishonest and questionable. The dishonest practices that were very common in the past seems very alive at this dealer. I have since moved on of course and have found a more distant dealer that has been a pleasure from start to finish and has allowed me to purchase much better vehicle at a much better price, saving me thousands. It without a doubt pays to shop around. No need to put up with dishonest dealers with very poor practices. Read employee reviews which are also not good. More

Everyone I had contact with at this dealership was pleasant to work with. They worked with my strange work schedule. They kept me updated well on when the car I wanted was going to arrive. I also appreciated the fact that Aaron was able to email/text with me about the car as well instead of calling non stop like some other dealerships I had dealt with. Thanks Long Hyundai for a beautiful (and fuel efficient) hybrid for a more reasonable price than other hybrids out there. Also my car literally has almost every feature of a high end luxury car in the interior. I am pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the new elantras are inside and out. More
