Called service with a sunroof that would not open. Scheduled an appointment. Jody had a loaner waiting for me. Fixed my sunroof changed my oil rotated my tires. Did it in a timely manor. It was hard to contact service. When I first called for service I was on hold for a while then when someone picked up it was sales. Trying to get a progress on my car was like pulli When I first called for service I was on hold for a while then when someone picked up it was sales. Trying to get a progress on my car was like pulling teeth only one person could talk to me. I understand they want the personal service but anyone should be able to answer a simple question. They were excellent on explaining things when I had ahold of them. When I went to pick it up I went to the desk they made me go to the service bay then back to the desk and once again only Brian could help me. The repair went well this time unlike last time. I then went to get more car wash the person I felt with did not know if they had it. I was very surprised and pleased that they let me have it. I was willing to pay. More

Both cars have taken care of it within 2 weeks after I had to reschedule 2 times. They were very kind about it. My Vette is running well after some fuel injector work.
