Was in for warranty work and They didn’t put my air cleaner box on right and ruined my turbo.. dirt got in and that was the end of that. Service technician Stephanie was not the most friendly or helpful. We got charged two hefty diagnostic fees for work that wasn’t completed. We got my coolant flushed and not even 5 minutes down the road my e helpful. We got charged two hefty diagnostic fees for work that wasn’t completed. My wiper blades also no longer work and worked perfectly fine before going. They would not fix or look at the wiper blades without charging us another $165 diagnostic fee. Not trustworthy service and extremely expensive! They do not care to fix their mistakes/ or give full refunds for their mistakes. More

It took 2 trips back for the service department to clean off old oil from underneath my vehicle after an oil change that keep dripping on my garage floor. I showed up at your dealership 5 minutes past closing. The three ladies were more than kind to me. I wanted to drops off my truck and get rental for the next day. They said they could care of my truck rig The three ladies were more than kind to me. I wanted to drops off my truck and get rental for the next day. They said they could care of my truck right then. Remember I was 5 minutes past closing. They took my truck and changed the oil rotated the tires and not once made it seem like it was an inconvenience to do. I don’t know who the mechanic was who did it but they are just as kind and courteous for taking care of me. Thank you all so very much. I have a 2024 2500 diesel ATV4! More
