Update from the other day Update, Today I got a call from Mike and we went back and forth and lets just say we could agree to disagree but I told him that I was in the middle o Update, Today I got a call from Mike and we went back and forth and lets just say we could agree to disagree but I told him that I was in the middle of writing an email to the owner letting him know what happened and next think you know I had 6 missed calls and a message on my phone the the Manager Josh wanted to talk to me. The message on my phone was from Josh stating that he knew I had some issues with the dealership and that I wanted to get in touch with the owner and he "wanted to make sure I had the right email". I told him I had what I needed and he proceeded to ask me what happened. I started to tell him and he kept cutting me off. Then when I told him that the exterior of the car was not clean as described to me he cut me off again and said ok you hate the car and I said no, don't put words in my mouth and he started to cut me off again so I said this conversation needs to be over and he cut me off for the last time and said yes it does!! This is the MANAGER, REALL. Josh, you need to take some anger management and customer service classes!! As it turns out they had the car sold to some guy with bad credit from Vallejo. More

I found the online site useful but it did not show all your inventory which would have been more helpful. The salesman did a good job answering my questions and showing me the various pickups and how they were equipped. After some arguing over price I bought F150. The salesman explained the many features and helped me set up the Ford AP. Later after I had left he went out of his way to retrieve my fast tract that I left in my old car by mistake. My only complaint is I still don’t think I got a fair price for a 2019 truck with a clean low mileage trade in. More

First time visitor and I called to make an appt for a 89 mustang - smog and oil the lady confirmed they could do the smog but when I arrived they said we don’t have the equipment to smog a 89 Mustang. Does not remember me when I am in front of him; does not keep me updated on the status of the service, which has never completed as promised. I am now sorry I purchased a maintenance package, as I would rather take the vehicle to a non-dealer repair shop for maintenance if this is the best they can do. John Beg, finance manager, is a concerned, trustworthy guy, but we have had major hiccups in processing our lease buyout, including incomplete title processing and a lease balance that affected our credit rating due to the dealership's 30-day late payment to the lease-holder. We bought out the vehicle in early December, and the dealer did not pay off the lease until late January. More
