Friendly and efficient staff. Always a pleasure to visit. Wish you could offer $69 oil and filter change all the time, to be competitive with other places. I don’t need extras just synthetic oil and visit. Wish you could offer $69 oil and filter change all the time, to be competitive with other places. I don’t need extras just synthetic oil and filter. Eye opening, NOT in a good way I have waited over four months to fill this out. I have accepted the experience and take some of the blame by being to trusting. I know silly me. I ca I have waited over four months to fill this out. I have accepted the experience and take some of the blame by being to trusting. I know silly me. I called about a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus at a clearance price. Initial contact was great with attentive first contact with salesman. Listened to my options list and immediately provided a vehicle with all options ( including 6 cylinder engine option at top of the list ) except color for test drive. Sat down in the dealership to find a vehicle. We drove two other vehicles on the lot ( different brand ) and decided on our initial choice. The salesman could not find a vehicle that filled out the options list on the lot. ( AOOOOOOOOGA ). In comes the internet sales person to assist. Their is one available in the state of Washington ( 2 states away ) but if I accept a different color he has a vehicle on the lot. The color is my second choice but very acceptable. We have been at the dealership for a few hours by now. The new salesman advises that the next day will be very busy as it will we the last weekend of the 2019 calendar year. We are advised to fill out all the purchase paperwork tonight. I advised that I will not purchase the vehicle tonight but would fill out the paperwork tonight and drive the car home overnight as a test drive. We are taken to the finance man. Long story short we fill out the paperwork and during the drive home approximately 30 miles away I like the six cylinder responsiveness and start checking the requested options and find that the vehicle is missing a key option. We return the next morning with the disappointing news. Asking for my trade in car keys back ( the vehicle was sitting where I left it at the dealership 5’ from the door. SHAZAMM they find a vehicle on the lot with all my options. Ok we’ll take it. It’s a 2020 ( no discount available ) I’ll help you with the extended warranty, throw in a ceramic paint coating, free tire repair, oil changes, windshield repair ect ect ect. We sign the paperwork, seems expensive I mentioned . Extended warranty, taxes , motor vehicle registration, and, Lincoln finance. First time purchase of luxury car. We drove off with our new car. Once you sign and take possession, the cars yours. Upon driving home I immediately find the the vehicle is a 4 CYLINDER engine. Upset to say the least. 2 week later a letter of inability to register vehicle with dmv. Another letter on change of extended warranty name.. this paper work includes the up charge of Over $12,000 to cover warranty and maintenance program including thinks that we never talked about. I immediately researched if I could cancelled the up charges. I had already been scheduled for the ceramic paint coating ( by the way I found out the labor to apply the coating is considered free the small container is a $ 1,400 fee ). I cancelled the appointment. I then flat cancelled everything a could cancel ( you have 30 days from date of purchase to cancel if not used ). I sent a letter the the General Manager outlining the cancellation ( flat cancel form ) of up charges and the fact that the vehicle I was presented with had the wrong engine size. After exchange of what would be canceled and not canceled I was advised that all items would be cancelled. NO MENTION OF ENGINE SIZE ISSUE. Nice expensive vehicle. More
