Top Notch Customer Service / Stress Free Transaction I started my new car shopping adventure with my end goal being: to purchase a brand new 2020 mid size pickup truck. My game plan was to go visit the big 3 dealers on 3 separate days to see the trucks in person and test drive them. I had done all my market research online beforehand so I was already confident in the pros/cons of each the Tacoma, Ranger, and Colorado. The Livermore Ford dealer was my 2nd stop, and needless to say I didn't have to search any further for the truck I felt confident and happy in purchasing. After I drove a Tacoma SR last Thursday, that night I was looking through Livermore Fords Ranger stock on hand on their website. I found a Ranger XL in a color magnetic gray that I was interested in. I used the request button on their website to see if it was still available and show my interest. The next morning Friday at 9am I received a call from Albert LaPoll regarding my inquiry and to setup a time to come down to see the truck later that morning. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was super friendly even just in passing by in their showroom. Albert had already gotten the truck pulled from stock and setup to view right out the door of the showroom prior to my arrival. Albert gave great customer service from the beginning, test drive in the middle, all the way through the end of the whole car purchase. He never made me feel rushed or pressured like I felt the day before at a competitors dealer lot. Even when Albie passed me along to the finance guy to finish the transaction everything went smoothly. The finance guy was patient and went through everything with me line by line till I was comfortable. I'm 35, and have bought multiple pre-owned vehicles. This new car purchase was by far one of the easiest and positive memorable experiences of all. I can honestly say I'm happy to be a part of the Ford Family! I feel secure with Livermore Ford being my home base service dealer, and the overall purchase of my 2020 Ford Ranger just like you see on the Ford TV ads. More
