I called and booked an appointment to purchase my leased vehicle, as the lease was ending. I already had a pre-approved loan from my credit union and just needed a lease end packet I could take to my bank. vehicle, as the lease was ending. THREE HOURS later, they finally wrapped up things and got the paperwork in place. Why even have me book an appointment for this? I saw walk-in customers get better treatment.
