We were in the market to buy a new truck and already looked at a few other dealerships. We did our research and knew the specific truck we wanted to see at Livermore Ford, mainly because of the online p looked at a few other dealerships. We were later told it was an error on their part and they could not honor the price. But at the end of the day, we were happy with our buying experience at Livermore Ford. We highly recommend Alessandro in Sales. He was helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and worked hard for our business. John in Finance was a bit pushy with the extended warranty but nonetheless was very informative, answered all our questions, and wrapped up our paperwork quickly. We did have a question the next day that took a few follow up calls/texts before getting a response that night. Other than that, excellent customer service from the entire staff. Prior to coming here, we also did our research on dealerships, and Livermore Ford is highly rated for a reason. We would definitely work with Alessandro again for future purchases. We had leased our 2017 FORD C-MAX from another dealership and not had a good experience. We decided a few years ago to go to Livermore FORD for the service on the vehicle after a freeway accident damaged th and not had a good experience. Every one in the service department was fantastic at that time and we have been getting all the service done there exclusively since. Our C-Max Lease ended recently and we had decided to purchase it out-right. We were met at the dealership by Allesandro, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. From there we went to Finance Office and met Kalib. Very friendly, answered all our questions, offered some great options to our loan and warranty extensions. Very personable. Signing two tons of paperwork was never so fun and easy. We also had the car serviced while we were there. Jeffery was our Service Advisor. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and he went above and beyond by getting the service done quickly and efficiently. And he personally took the car through the car wash as an added bonus for us. It was such a great experience. More

I’m sorry to say I feel we were deceived we were told we were buying a new vehicle! We had driven two other eco sport cars and didn’t take a test drive! As a general rule, this dealership has everything you want. So why three stars? First, I saw plenty who work there not wearing their masks! That's not just a problem but dangerous. We had to make an appointment due to Covid and when we got there, there was already a car wanting for us. He even had the AC turned on, so the car was cool and ready to test drive. He explained all the intricacies and how everything worked very well. We brought the car in two days ago for the application on the Cila-Jet and again we got stellar service. I highly recommend this dealership. More
