"I am extremely disappointed with Livermore Ford dealership and their customer service, particularly with my experience with the sales representative. I purchased a used 2020 Ford F-150 on April 9th dealership and their customer service, particularly with my experience with the sales representative. I purchased a used 2020 Ford F-150 on April 9th and was in contact with Dave initially. He provided me with the total price via email, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't proceed with the purchase until April 10th. Unfortunately, Dave was off that day, and Jay took over the process. I completed all the paperwork and paid in full by check. However, upon receiving the truck, I was surprised to find out that they only provided me with one key. This was not disclosed before I signed the paperwork, and I was not offered a second key or any discount. Shortly after taking the truck home, I encountered an issue with the passenger door window getting stuck. I promptly returned to the dealership and spoke with Jay and the dealership manager. While they apologized for the inconvenience, the repair took longer than expected, and the truck was not ready until the following day. Throughout this process, the dealership did not offer to drop off the truck at my workplace, provide a full tank of gas, or offer a second duplicate key. Instead, I had to arrange transportation for my wife to pick up the truck. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. Despite spending over $35,000 and not even requesting a discount, I feel as though I was treated poorly and with little regard. Livermore Ford dealership needs to improve their customer service and transparency to avoid similar issues in the future." More
The worst dealership I have ever encountered in my life! No one seems to know what they are doing. In December of 2023, I traded my leased. car for another one! I followed the sales person from the San Jo No one seems to know what they are doing. In December of 2023, I traded my leased. car for another one! I followed the sales person from the San Jose Alfa Romeo dealership to the Livermore Ford/Alfa Romeo Dealership. What happened was beyond description, and comprehension and am not sure how. this dealership is still in business. Their finance person Essan do not even work with him, absolutely refuse to work with him if they take you to him. After signing he did not give me a copy of my signed documents and when I refused to take the car the salesperson asked him to give me a copy of the lease, and he gave me missing documents. He never sent me in an email the full documentation as he promised. Two weeks after purchase he calls me and tells me he will lower my payments two hundred from $1,100 to $900.00. I told him he is calling the wrong person because my payment is no where near both numbers. It was lower. He started telling me show me the contract, I told him you have a copy why should I send you my copy. He argued and then he called back and said the software made a mistake in calculation and that I was right. But I have to still go back and sign a new lease contract, because they are having a lot of issues with Ally the financing company's software. I went and signed a new contract with all the same terms as original. Two weeks later was called to go back and sign again , I did , this was repeated 5 times. Two months into the lease and we were still dealing with the contract issues. But all issues were not software, the issues were no one knew in finance how to write a lease contract. Then I receive a renewal of registration for my previous car that I surrendered from DMV that I have to pay regisitration. They obviously did not notify DMV. Today, I checked with DMV about the license plate of my new car and DMV has no record of my car. I call the salesperson and they reply they will check on it, but they are off for the next two days and they will get back to me on Friday. I urge you All not to go to that dealership, and if you do pay close attention and don't let your guard down. They have no sense of customer service and respect to their clients once you sign a lease or purchase you are on your own. I rate this dealership no stars at all! Please beware when you go there. The Salesperson had the General Manager ask me not to talk to him and the General Manager helped me going forward. I did not understand what I did to deserve that disrespectful treatment. There are many other dealerships in the Bay area, I advise you not to go to the Ford Dealership and Alfa Romeo/Maserati dealership in Livermore if you can help it. What happened was utterly unacceptable. No customer should be treated that way, but the worst is they don't feel they did anything wrong. More
Run, with your hair on fire! If I could have given a rating of zero stars, I would have. I have easily bought 40 cars in my life, and this was categorically the overall worst experience of my life. Do not shop here! Shopping The used car listing on their site looked promising, but the specs on the Expeditions were not consistently listed, so I spent $60 to download window stickers for each of the 10 expeditions on their site. Having done my homework, I called to ensure my top choice was available. Confident that they had the car I was looking for and two nice backup choices, I took an hour-long Uber ride to the dealership. When I got there, there were only 2 of the 10 Expeditions actually displayed on their lot, and none of my 3 top choices. After some searching, they found my top choice and brought it up for me to evaluate. The car had not been detailed nor had it been through the Blue Advantage Certified inspection. They thought they could have all of that done while I went through finance. Since it only had one key, I asked if they could provide a second one as part of the deal and program it. They thought that would be ok as long as the certification did not come up with any expensive repairs. Finance Financing went ok. However, they did not provide me with the supporting documents for the aftermarket warranty they sold me. It was supposed to complement their Lifetime Powertrain warranty. Delivery As it turns out, the Expedition was not ready, but they said they would deliver it later in the day. So I took another Uber to go back home. I called later in the day to coordinate delivery, and they said it would be the next day, Friday. Later that day, I received conflicting information. They then told me it would not be till sometime on the following Tuesday after New Year's. I could not understand the continual delays, so I called again and said that if they could have it done on Saturday, I would come and get it instead of them delivering it (my third $70 Uber ride). This delay was supposed to prepare the car as a Blue Certified vehicle, which gives you 90 days and 4000 miles for a comprehensive warranty. But I don't actually have that warranty. They say it might be another month, but given their performance, I am very concerned. Follow up It took nearly a week and countless phone calls, emails, and text messages to get a copy of the Blue Certified warranty and, again, to actually get a signed copy. Problems I have issues with the car and want to get them addressed under the Blue Certified warranty. This is the point of that warranty - buy with confidence because anything that comes up in the short term will be covered. My local Ford dealer says the warranty has not been registered yet (two weeks after purchase). When I called to get it registered, they were not sure how it worked initially and finally told me that it takes 30-45 days for the warranty to be registered. How does that work on a 90-day warranty, where, as much as half the warranty period, the warranty is not accessible? Bottom line, here is my experience: 1. Never intended to give me the second key. Their locksmith would not even be in their shop for two weeks, and they knew this from the start. 2. I never had the opportunity to cold start the vehicle, and it has significant cold start issues (3.5L ecoboost cam phasers). Their inspection for Blue Certified was deficient, or worse yet, deliberatively misrepresentative. 3. The dealer told me how they were rebuilding their reputation and asked me for a positive review. Yet they have not been forthright with me throughout the deal and have dodged all responsibility. 4. They don't know how their warranty products work and provide poor information in this regard. 5. It takes many calls to get any follow-up issue resolved. You literally have to badger them to get done, what should have been done from the outset. 6. In the end, I highly suspect that their Lifetime Powertrain warranty is worthless More

We purchased a 2017 Ford F350 on August 7, 2023 and unfortunately after traveling from Folsom CA to Livermore CA we did not have adequate time to inspect the vehicle thoroughly (our fault). More impor unfortunately after traveling from Folsom CA to Livermore CA we did not have adequate time to inspect the vehicle thoroughly (our fault). More importantly the dealer did not advise us the vehicle only had one key until we were leaving, the dealer did not disclose the outrageous gashes/scratches on the roof of the vehicle that they ABSOLUTELY knew of and today is September 18th and they still have not paid off our trade-in vehicle, which they are REQUIRED by LAW to do in 10 days. We have called countless times and can not even get the courtesy of a phone call. I will be turning to CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs! We have purchased many many cars and NEVER have we had a bad experience let alone a HORRIBLE one. If you are considering this dealership, my advise is to RUN AND RUN FAST, you would be better off walking than driving one of their vehicles. More
It was easy no hassle and very efficient. They delivered right to my door. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made, and I have bought many vehicles for my business. Great job! Leaving this bad review here and on other outlets in the hope it gets the right level of attention from the service department. Two months after taking my car in to fix a infotainment issue, service and two hope it gets the right level of attention from the service department. Two months after taking my car in to fix a infotainment issue, service and two recalls. First time I brought the car in and leaving it more than a week they only did one recall and the maintenance quoting parts didn't arrive. Since we needed the car we agreed taking it back at later date. I do so and after keeping the car for another full week they are able to complete the recall and change the infotainment, albeit forgetting to install some parts. Unfortunately the infotainment still doesn't work and despite multiple messages exchanges with Matt and calls I don't have a path forward. Hence resorting to public reviews to share my experience and in the hope the general manager actually does his job and ensures Does customers get the service they deserve. More
