We had a very nice and amicable interaction with our dealer rep. I always buy my cars thru Costco, which is a hassle free program. This time I ordered online and went to pickup at Livermore Ford where dealer rep. I always buy my cars thru Costco, which is a hassle free program. This time I ordered online and went to pickup at Livermore Ford where the dealer markups and destination fees were significant and the transparency on the breakdown was not there. They refused any negotiation attempts. Due to-new car shortage and also electric car demand they are in a position of strength and know they can sell your car which you waited for almost year to someone else with even a higher markup should you walk out of the dealership. Future purchases of any new car, I will go back to the Costco Auto program and their certified dealers. Be aware of the markups and definitely upswell on the extended warranties. More

Ask for Rich Stroter, he is Trustworthy and won’t upsale you a car for his own benefit! He was patient and very knowledgeable. Sold me the car at MSRP when other dealers wanted more money.
