Exactly what we wanted! Due to forces beyond our control we were forced into getting another vehicle. We'd been rear-ended at a red light stoplight and our Rav4 was totaled. Due to forces beyond our control we were forced into getting another vehicle. We'd been rear-ended at a red light stoplight and our Rav4 was totaled. We were still quite upset over the whole incident and about losing the car that we loved! When we very explicitly told Drew what we wanted (another used Rav4, low miles as possible, a/c, power windows and in good condition), and what we had to spend, he went into the yard and came back with exactly the perfect Rav4! It had just come in and hadn't been checked out yet. When doing so, they found several problems and immediately took care of them in addition to the additional items we wanted done. Drew kept us informed as to what was going on with the process. A week later we picked it up and it now resides with us at a very happy and satisfied new home. Thank you Drew, you are the best! This is our 2nd Rav4 from (Bitterroot Toyota now Lithia) and we don't even look anywhere else. More
Major maintence followed by replacement of defective part. Recently I had Lithia complete major scheduled maintenance on my Lexus SUV. Marshall Taylor, Service Advisor, handled the transaction in a very pro Recently I had Lithia complete major scheduled maintenance on my Lexus SUV. Marshall Taylor, Service Advisor, handled the transaction in a very professional manner. The maintenance was completed in a timely, competent manner. My most recent experience occurred sorrily after the maintenance was completed. The air conditioner stopped working so I called Mr. Taylor and he had me bring the vehicle in. He had the air conditioning system evaluated where a defective relay was found. Mr Taylor advised me that an OEM relay was a better replacement option but would need to be ordered as the Lexus part was not in stock. We agreed to take this course of action and he advised that he would call as soon as the part arrived. When the part arrived Mr. Taylor suggested we schedule the replacement on a day that we would be in Missoula because we lived a significant distance from the dealership. This was done and a shuttle ride from Lithia to a doctors appointment and back was arranged, All in all Mr. Taylor went the extra mile to make the whole episode very positive. To make it even more impressive the only charge was for the replacement relay. On behalf of my wife and I our special thanks to Mr. Taylor and everyone involved. More
