Used car purchase needs multiple repairs Used car buyers beware!! I purchased a 2010 Toyota Venza from these folks. When I went in to get an oil change, the mechanics identified a leak in the Used car buyers beware!! I purchased a 2010 Toyota Venza from these folks. When I went in to get an oil change, the mechanics identified a leak in the differential and the need to replace the front struts ($2000 worth of repairs). These issues were not revealed to me by the sales staff, even when I asked why the price had been reduced for this car. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the management and they have not responded to my calls and emails. If you do purchase a used car from Missoula Lithia, get it inspected elsewhere before the purchase. While this is a standard practice with independent used car dealers, I thought that this was not necessary when buying from Toyota. I was wrong! They have an "F" rating with the BBB. I was also sold a lifetime oil change policy, but there was no longer a Lithia in my community to do the oil changes. When I went to cancel this policy, the loan officer did not submit the cancellation to the Lithia Corp. I ended up submitting the cancellation myself. More
