We already did that, as noted in my review. I wrote you a two page letter outlining my experience in detail, talked with the sales manager and, after two calls, the general manager. Only after all of that did I write the review. This is the same reply to give to all of us who tried to work out problems with you and wrote reviews warning others…after you showed you don’t deal well with your customers.

Finally got my pickup back. Thank you Stephen (Service Tech) you get 5 Stars. General Manager Shane - No Reply Service Manager Mike - No Reply Zero Stars. Customer Service is just a slogan, not applied with these two. Service Advisor Matt - 1 Star. Don't over promise and under deliver. I will never visit any Lithia dealership again. I will never purchase a Ford from any dealership again.

Your service department as well as your your customer service needs to be dismantled and rebuilt from the ground up. I will never return to this dealership for anything in the future. I will strongly urge all of my friends and family not to do business with your dealership either. Despite everything that has gone on during this process STILL not one person has addressed the issue that fraud was committed by your service department. You keep talking about the refund which is really irrelevant at this point. The unethical practice of your dealership is the main problem that needs to be addressed.
