I purchased a vehicle from them on April 29th, and I was assured that it was covered under warranty and extended warranty. However, just one week after the purchase, I started experiencing issues with the vehicle. The child locks couldn't be disabled, and the security alarms would randomly go off. Naturally, I tried to reach out to the sales representative who sold me the car. I left multiple messages via text, voicemail, emails, and even hand-delivered notes, but unfortunately, none of my attempts received a response. Frustrated, I went to the dealership in person to report the issues. They scheduled an appointment for me with the service center, but it was a whole month away. I called multiple times to see if I could get an earlier appointment, but no luck. Eventually, my appointment came around, but by that time, my car had developed more serious problems: the hazard lights wouldn't turn off, and the trunk would randomly open, leading to my car's battery draining. I dropped off my car for repairs, only to be told that the warranty didn't cover the repair costs. This came as a shock since I was initially assured that the warranty would cover any necessary repairs when I bought the car. They quoted me a staggering $3000 to fix the issues with the vehicle. The lack of communication and transparency from the dealership staff has been incredibly frustrating. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal, and I'm left feeling like nobody there is competent or willing to help. To make matters worse, the service center manager promised me a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. However, I had to send my insurance and driver's license details to their email address, which I did promptly. Five days have passed, and still, no one has followed up with me regarding the loaner vehicle. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from Lithia Kia to steer clear of them. They were quick to sell me a faulty car and have completely ignored my attempts to address the issues and concerns I've had. This experience has left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of. More

This was the worst experience at a dealer I’ve ever had. First they showed us a used vehicle prices at $30k+ that didn’t run and was water damaged and was actively growing mold. Then we decide to consider a First they showed us a used vehicle prices at $30k+ that didn’t run and was water damaged and was actively growing mold. Then we decide to consider a new vehicle. The website listed it at $7k over MSRP, but when we went in to discuss price they said it was ACTUALLY $9k over. After negotiating down from $40k to $37k, they didn’t give us a great price on our trade in, so we took a day to think about it. The next day, we went back in to still get the vehicle without the trade in and they said they would t go lower than $41k! I could have been frustrated and just left, but what really frustrated me was while talking to the dealer and his manager, the dealer we were working with LIED and said they’d never have offered the car at $37k the day before even though he HAD. Not a company to buy your car from, many other places in Anchorage to choose from. More
