Great customer service until you buy the car. Bought a used car from them and less then a week later it started to overheat. After being put in the shop 4 times within a month they finally figured Bought a used car from them and less then a week later it started to overheat. After being put in the shop 4 times within a month they finally figured out the right problem but they could not fix it. They sent it to Chevy of south anchorage where I was told it would be 600 to fix (it was a sensor the car was not actually overheating) after I got it back from Chevy less then a week later the car broke down on the side of the road. I brought it back to Chevy where they told me I had bad heads and it would be 4100 to fix. Lithia Kia was unhelpful after I bought the car and when my wife called the sales manager actually told her she was overreacting and "it is our car and we can do what we want with it." Never will I recommend this dealership to anyone. More

RIchard SueSue wanted to make sure the car was working out great and if I had any other questions that I would have that I forgot to ask, I thought that as an employee of LITHIA KIA, that was a GREAT service to have. We hear all kinds of Car Salesman Horror stories of how they bombard you as soon as they see you walking towards their lot, or after the sale they don't want to be bothered But the level of customer service, friendly atmosphere, the time that take to listen to your needs, especially the attentiveness will definitely be the reason for my friends and family to stop at LITHIA KIA. I have faith that Richard SueSue will take care of my friends and family whenever their in need of a new or used vehicle. More

Friendly Staff and comfortable waiting area. Came in for oil change and was offered free car wash and vacuum inside of car. Above & Beyond Dropped my car off for its regularly scheduled oil change, they got me checked in quickly. A short time later they notified me that my car was done.
