Great customer service I have been to Kia ever since I got my Kia back in 2011. Best customer service... although all the old timer reps are gone, new reps are friendly as I have been to Kia ever since I got my Kia back in 2011. RUSSELL in service is rude un-professional, NEVER GOING BACK Lithia Kia sold me a used 2009 Toyota Tundra in July of 2014. I love the truck, and my sales guy ED was great! However, within (2) days of taking the Lithia Kia sold me a used 2009 Toyota Tundra in July of 2014. I love the truck, and my sales guy ED was great! However, within (2) days of taking the truck home, the check engine light came on. Here is the time line of events: (2) days after sale - Check engine light comes on in the truck, I called Lithia Kia and brought the truck in the next day. (3) days after the sale - I brought the truck in and it is diagnosed. I was told that it needed an Oil fill neck. The part was supposedly ordered and was expected to take a week to arrive (3) weeks after the sale - I called to see if the part had arrived and was told that it never got ordered. they said they would order it and it should be another week. (2) MONTHS after the sale - I called again (several times before getting through) and was told to bring the truck in and i did on a Tuesday. I was told the truck would be done that day. At the end of the day, i was told it would be the next day so i borrowed my dad's truck. After 2 more days, my dad had to leave town (with his truck so I had to get a "rental" car from them. When i went to get the rental, I was not told anything except that the the car was blue and out back. I did not sign any agreement, didn't check my ID, nothing. (8) days after getting the rental car - I was told that my truck had been diagnosed and that they had to order the part, and that it would be a week. AGAIN?! This was the third time that they did the same check and ordered the SAME PART! Alsom they tried to charge me 40$ PER DAY for the rental car because it is somehow my fault that they screwed up again and didn't do anything new. I refused to pay and I did NOT pay anything as I never signed any rental agreement or anything. (2) weeks later - I finally brought the truck in and they told me they would have it done by the end of the day. I never heard anything so I called them around 5pm and talked with Matt. Matt told me that they had not had a chance to start on it. Appearently, my warranty claim was not a priority, even after all this. So, i had to borrow my dad's truck again to avoid the rental car B.S..I also talked with Russel the service manager and asked if he could at least throw in a free oil change for my troubles. His response was "No, i am not doing anything more for you".. implying that he is somehow doing me a favor by failing to fix my truck time after time. Finally, on October 22nd, I am heading down now to pick up the truck. I Bought the truck on July 8th.... I will NEVER go back to Lithia Kia of Anchorage as long as Russell works there, and am looking forward to my meeting the GM today. More

I had never expected the results I got. Mike and the Lithia Kia team went above and beyond my expectations. The assisted me with every little detail about getting a car. Informative, helpful, friendly, understanding are some of the words that come to mind. Will I refer my friends? Absolutely. I feel like a part of a family with them and drove out of there with my Kia Soul and the whole process was easy thanks to Mike. Way to go Kia!!!! More

Service after sale of used cars is non-existent . I purchased a used car from this dealer. After the deal was made and I was handed the key. I inquired about a second key. I was told there was only . Bottom line make sure you have everything before you sign the bottom line. If you don't they aren't going to do anything for you beyond calling you and trying to appease you. Pretty sorry that they would even get me a second key. Shady! Mark did offer me a gift certificate that would do me no good trying to secure a second key. The General Sales manager (Abraham) just wanted to blame me for not getting a addition items promised note prior to even knowing the key was missing. I'm pretty sure the $325.00 dollars they saved with this lack of service will not be business or reputation productive for the Lithia organization in the long run. It's to bad one dealership in an organization is so different from others in the same organization. Anchorage Hyundai has always provided outstanding customer service before and after the sale. Guess it is what it is. Just make sure if you buy a used car from them, make sure you have the spare tire, two keys, and etc. before signing the paperwork because once you sign you're on your own! More
Chris and Ed were great, No pressure even impressed the wife and that's a hard thing to do. We told them what we wanted and they delivered. Great quality vehicle, great customer service.
