Dear Ms. Duron, Please accept our apology for your less-than-stellar experience. This is not how we want one of our new customer's first service visits to go. When it comes to routine maintenance we can get customers in and out with ease. However, when it comes to appointments that require a Certified diagnostician, we have been struggling the past few months. Due to a combination of a nationwide shortage of highly skilled certified technicians, and our service department losing a couple to due to illness and relocation, we have been struggling to keep up with the demand of a market that has had an influx of people relocating with Hyundai's. We are working diligently to get staff recruited, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this. We are getting our arms around this problem and hope to have the wait times down considerably as we get new staff hired on and certified.
