Everything was okay except it took almost 24 hrs to speak with a live person to learn the status of the repair. I realize that Eric was the only service manager, he needs some type of support to provide time with a live person to learn the status of the repair. Deceptive. Unappreciative. Disrespectful. Misleading. Stressful. Sales Manager Salvador and sales rep Larra Lujan were difficult to work with after the sale. Bo Unappreciative. Disrespectful. Both refused and wouldn't meet with me to resolve promised agreement (full tank gas) and mechanical issue with ( wiper blade malfunction).
