I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. It took over a month to schedule a service, and during that time, no one answered the phone or returned my calls. The parking lot was fil dealership. It took over a month to schedule a service, and during that time, no one answered the phone or returned my calls. The parking lot was filled with customer cars, and it’s clear they’re struggling to manage their workload. It’s disappointing that a company would operate like this, especially when it directly affects customers. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Either invest in better customer service and infrastructure or stop selling products you can’t support. It’s unacceptable. More

The rating is 99% for Hyundai corporate who open, deal with serious claims and 1% for the Dealership. Dealer gets a 2-3 star, corporate gets a minus 11-12 rating!! This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had by far! It cost me hundreds of dollars and many many hours of anguish to say the least. And not just me, because of what I was going through, dealing with, many other people now have an anti Hyundai taste in their mouths. I’d appreciate someone with some serious clout giving me a call to hear my side of the story. More
