I came in for a scheduled oil change, and I waited 3 hours before my car was even moved to the bay over all 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I’ll be doing it myself from now on. Not worth the money I paid hours before my car was even moved to the bay over all 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I’ll be doing it myself from now on. Not worth the money I paid when I can do it for half the money and a quarter of the time, and at least have a beer in hand. The people we very nice and professional. More

Unable to open my doors without paying 5000. 00 is absolutely ridiculous. Then I get home and notice my car has a massive scratch that was not there before and still no response from Service Mana 00 is absolutely ridiculous. But Kevin is always great and tries his best. The rest are in need of serious training. More

Tbe technicians did their job well. Everything was taken care that was needed. Joshua was very helpful. He even made sure to ask me if anything was not completed. Lithia gets a lower rating, though, because the service was slow. I had an appointment and was told it would take half hour. It took closer to a hour and a half. I do appreciate that there is a comfortable wairing area and beverages to drink while we wait. Everything was very clean. More
