Travis (service tech) did a great job explaining some of the issues with my van, and actually trouble shot in a way that saved me money and them time. Also, I really appreciated how Travis called and made c the issues with my van, and actually trouble shot in a way that saved me money and them time. Also, I really appreciated how Travis called and made certain that I was up-to-date on fluid changes and helped me to understand that my front breaks will need to be replaced when a few fluids will need to be taken care of as well.
