Very knowledgeable sales staff, low pressure interactions and a super quick sales process. We were comparing against Toyota, and I felt like Lithia Honda's salespeople were more familiar with the product, w and a super quick sales process. My sales consultant Joe Corona was very informative about the vehicles and accommodating. He answered all my detailed questions and spent a few extra minutes looking for the keys to a vehicle I wanted to tes the vehicles and accommodating. I was relieved that you had three used vehicles of the type I was looking for. I was ready to move so I simply chose the best of the three for my purposes and drove it off. The small amount of haggling we did over the price made me feel good about such a large purchase. More
