Great Service Qualified Staff I recently scheduled my 2012 Rubicon for service with Charlie. I also had my tires rotated and a tail light replaced.. As always scheduling the service on line is a breeze and Charlie took care of everything. I love that you can have your car washed when everything done. This is my 6th Jeep and the service department is the reason I continue to purchase Jeeps. More
Not connected to online site I set up appointments online but the information never gets sent to the dealership. This has been going on for years. I make an appointment online, with multiple thing to do and everything looks ok. We go to the appointment and they don't have any information that I entered so we have to make another appointment to finish the work. Either have the online stuff work and communicate it to the dealership or get rid of it. When the work is done, we are happy with everything else. 5 stars for the mechanics and 1 star for the appointment system. More

The only reason I've returned to Lithia Jeep after a long s I want to emphasize this positive review is based on my experience with Charles Sebastian. The only reason I've returned to Lithia Jeep after a long series of extremely negative experiences is because Dan Dunham, who has sold me three Jeeps, assured me that Charles would get the work done, and he did. He got me in quickly, got the oil change done and tires rotated quickly and efficiently, and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He also had a license plate put on front that I hadn't been able to do. As long as I can deal with Charles, I will continue to use Lithia Jeep. I don't know who was involved in doing the work itself, which was done well. I can't honestly rate price below, as I bought this current Jeep through Dan Dunham at Fernley Jeep because of previous issues with Lithia Jeep, and because Dan is ethical, honest, and works to give the best price possible without a lot of unnecessary haggling. So that rating is based on the price at Fernley Jeep through Dan. More
