John in the service center is great and always updates me on the status of my vehicle as well as a rough estimate of costs. Excelent service department Ben Owings is the best service advisor I have met. He is very honest and helpfull when explaining issues with my cars. I have been going to him sinc Ben Owings is the best service advisor I have met. He is very honest and helpfull when explaining issues with my cars. I have been going to him since I bought my 2001 Dodge 2500 and 18 years later my truck is still running like a champion. I feel that their prices are competive with other shops in town, but I get a longer waranty for going to the dealer on repairs. Once the new facility is compleated this will be a very elite place to take all my Chrysler vehicles. More
