Made an appointment to replace a battery in my Jeep. Making the appointment, customer service, wait time was all great. After my appointment, I noticed a big orange warning light on the DIC. Also, it Making the appointment, customer service, wait time was all great. After my appointment, I noticed a big orange warning light on the DIC. Also, it was telling me that battery was in Save Mode. I had no radio, volume or navigation. Drove back to dealership. They plugged it in and told me that I just needed to "drive it." It will go away. BTW, I live 2 hours away.... Went to dinner, came out and the whole interior was lit up. Nothing shut off. My son and husband had to fix. There was a loose negative terminal, and the battery condition terminal was not plugged in on the negative terminal. Glad my family was in town also to help me out. More
