He was very engaging and listened to my concerns and stated he would keep me informed as to the extent of services which might be needed to correct the mechanical issue. I must state he was true to his word. He called and communicated what needed to be done and how long it might take. With so many choices out there for service you are very lucky to have a service professional like Charlie in your service department because it will keep customers like me returning when vehicle service is needed.
