Sales was great, after signing the check was poor. Selecting the vehicle, making & acceptance of the offer, processing the offer, listening to a warranty pitch was pushy but ok. Now came the part where the missing $300 key was missing, and after the car was home finding a bad tire.. You replaced the tire and gave me a good deal on the other 3. Home again and time looking over the obvious things and discovered a filthy cabin filter. A visit to auto zone and $20 later it was replaced by me. The multipoint dealer inspection prior to sales was now in doubt and I made an appointment With Reno Mazda Kia. My take at this point is never buy a non Jee Product at Lithia Jeep, and only assume a oil change and a car wash prior to sales.. I now am wondering what the extra keys on the salesman’s file cabinet were to and where they went. I’m sure I will never know, but I will always have my own thoughts. More

As always scheduling the service on line is a breeze and Charlie took care of everything. I love that you can have your car washed when everything done. This is my 6th Jeep and the service department is the reason I continue to purchase Jeeps. More
