Absolute terrible Sales department Salesperson was terrible. Made inappropriate comments and overall experience is negative. Lithia will ALWAYS go the extra mile for their customers! I've been a customer for many years, purchased two cars from Lithia, had them service all my cars, always pleased with their service. But, I had an ex I've been a customer for many years, purchased two cars from Lithia, had them service all my cars, always pleased with their service. But, I had an experience last week that goes above and beyond. I had a cracked radiator I brought in to have repaired. Robert Pearce, who has helped me many times over the years, ordered the replacement radiator I needed and assured me that if I dropped my car off first thing in the morning they would have it ready by noon. I told him it was imperative that I have the car back by 2:00 at the latest because I was leaving town immediately to drive 700 miles to Flagstaff. He promised me it would be done. I got a call at noon saying everything was completed and I could pick up my car. When I arrived Robert informed me there was a tiny problem they had found and he wasn't sure where they could find the replacement part. I told him I would have to take the car as it was because I had to get on the road immediately. Robert wouldn't allow me to take the car because he felt it wasn't safe. Instead... he gave me a brand new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee to drive 1,500 miles round trip at no charge. No red tape, no hassle. Robert said it was their obligation to provide a safe vehicle for my trip. UNBELIEVABLE! Never had this kind of service from a dealership in my life. The attitude that Robert Pearce exemplifies is the reason I will never take my cars anywhere besides Lithia. Smart, professional, willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Every single person I've ever dealt with at Lithia displays the same kind of customer service attitude. It's one less thing you have to worry about. If you take your vehicle to Lithia it will be serviced correctly, at a competitive price, to your complete satisfaction. Period. End of story. What more could you ask for from a dealership? More
