I used the website to make an appointment for an oil change. I had been holding off because of the covid experience. The appointment was in the early morning I arrived a few minutes early and they got change. I had been holding off because of the covid experience. The appointment was in the early morning I arrived a few minutes early and they got me in the line right away. I was directed to Robert who wrote up the order. I had a email coupon and it was applied. I mentioned a lower price on their website and the charge was adjusted. I was staying at the dealership so I was directed to the waiting area. The area and the restrooms were very clean and neat. The service was very quick and I checked out with Robert. Some observations: I was wearing a mask but most of the staff was not. None of the other customers were wearing masks It was very busy. The seating area was spaced apart. I had to manually sign the work order with their pen. Their desks had Plexiglas when Robert came out he put on a mask. All of the staff were active and taking care of customers in a polite manner. I would recommend the service department to anyone. More

During those years I have dealt with Charlie most of the time. On my last purchase he and the parts manager worked with me on setting up some after market features I wanted. Per their advise I now have the perfect vehicle to do the type of off roading I in joy. Via their expertise, direction and your service department , I now enjoy getting out in Nevada's outback more than ever. More
