I wont buy a car from Lithia again and wouldn't send a friend or family there to buy one without a warning. Brian Bowley and Juan Saenz Jr were great to work with. These people obviously work hard to make sure customers are happy. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales manager was not good. All the deals seem to be handed off to Tony. He used the sales tactics we hear stories about, brushing over numbers quickly, extending the loan terms while solely focusing on the payment and not the overall deal, quickly tossing some extra warranties in the contract, and at one point different numbers in the final contract than we discussed. In our follow up conversation he was condescending. We finally came to an agreement, but the whole interaction left me feeling less than happy. Rewritten to add that the sales manager, Joe, did reach out after my review to ask what happened, which I appreciate, but my thoughts still remain the same & I think people deserve to know what they’re walking in to. More
