Bad customer service turned good Several weeks ago I went to this dealership to get a new fob for my 2012 Town & County. Paul Hughes was our Service Advisor. It took about 1 1/2 hrs Several weeks ago I went to this dealership to get a new fob for my 2012 Town & County. Paul Hughes was our Service Advisor. It took about 1 1/2 hrs and we were on our way. A couple of weeks went by and my friend and I were getting reading to move the van to a neighbor's barn. We are moving from Montana to Arizona. I tried to start the van and was nothing....the message was Damaged Key. How does that happen when I just bought a key that cost me over $ 250.00?! I called the dealership and spoke with Cameron, I told him that the van was going into storage and that we were leaving the next day for Arizona. I had to get this taken care of today!!!!! The funny thing is that we had just returned from Missoula that before we went to pick up the van. I live in Hamilton....50 miles from the dealership! Cameron told me that they were very busy and he could't promise to get it done. He would do his best. Really....Cameron make it happen your dealership screwed up and caused a huge amount of wasted time and stress for me. When we arrived at the dealership I was anxious and PISSED!!! Paul remembered us from our original visit two weeks prior. He was apologetic and he promised to get it taken care o ASAP. It's amazing that he made it happen in less time than our first visit. He made a really pissed off customer happy. More

Impressed Jeep Owners When it came time for my wife to purchase a new vehicle we spent six months researching mid and large SUV models. We had a few primary features that w When it came time for my wife to purchase a new vehicle we spent six months researching mid and large SUV models. We had a few primary features that we wanted in an SUV, moderate luxury, a V8 engine and a tow package as we do own a travel trailer and boat. At first we looked long and hard at the competing large size SUV's only to find their price was substantially higher than the mid-sized Jeep Grand Cherokee that we ultimately bought. By being diligent in our search we saved thousands of dollars, bought new instead of used and exceeded our primary criteria with the Grand Cherokee Limited purchase. The staff and management at Lithia Dodge Chrysler Jeep provided us with a great experience that began in the service department years ago and continued with the sales department when it came time to purchase a new vehicle. Thanks for the great customer service experience. BTW: We love the 5.7L Hemi engine, 8 speed transmission and legendary Jeep drive train. Talk about power and performance combined with luxury and safety, this Jeep exceeds our expectations. More

He had us a loner truck and contacted us before 9:00 am to let us know that they were working on our vehicle. We had a major repair done before the end of the day along with a recall that I didn’t even know about. We were treated like family. A Texas hats off to Lithia Ram in Missoula Montana. More
Great Service I was passing through Missoula and needed an oil change and tire rotation on my Fiat 500s (which I dingy tow behind my RV). He was up front about how busy they were and so I set up a time to return a couple hours later. Paul treated me like I was his most valued customer even though he’d never seen me before. It took a tad more Than an hour for the service. The waiting room was comfortable and I appreciated that it was dog friendly. More
