Got us on the road again. SERVICE department is awesome. Cameron Howard worked diligently to make certain we were able to get back on the road when we pulled in Friday at 4:30. We knew it would be a Saturday fix, but fix it they did. Everyone working at the dealership was kind and helpful. We were checked on regularly. They shuttled us to get lunch. The people who were waiting for their vehicles were all long time customers which speaks for itself. We had another service member who was in training who checked in with us and he was the individual who shuttled us. He too was great. KUDOS from a former Human Resource Manager who specialized in Guest Service Training to the employees of Lithia. Having a vehicle issue on a journey is never fun, but this group renewed our faith in customer service at a dealership. More
