Poor Customer Service I purchased a brand new Dodge Ram 2 months ago. Scheduled shop visit after 5 weeks due to brake noise. I got to the shop, checked in, and sat in waiti I purchased a brand new Dodge Ram 2 months ago. Scheduled shop visit after 5 weeks due to brake noise. I got to the shop, checked in, and sat in waiting area. After about 30 min a service tech came to tell me on of the mechanics became ill so it was going to be a few hours before they could get to my truck. I said I would reschedule and that I would need a loaner car. They told me to schedule it well in advance if I needed a loaner. I rescheduled the service visit 2 weeks in advance for 6/12/19 at 930am and requested a loaner car. I arrived at 910am and was checked in by a young lady. She then said that Cameron would be my service tech. at 925 I met Cameron who informed me there was no loaner car. "No one wrote it down". I explained that I was very limited on time and agreed to proceed as long as I could be out of there by 11am. Needless to say, that didn't happen. Cameron did not keep me posted on the progress with the truck. I had to check in. Each time it was an excuse. The last time I spoke with him it was 1110 and he stated that it would only be another 20 minutes. Finally at 1155 I went to find out the status and was told by another man that "Cameron left but your truck is done". I don't recall getting even one apology from anyone. When I purchased my truck, I also paid for oil changes for life. I hope these go much better. More

Had cross bars installed and follow up on missing pieces. Kenny was thorough, kind and engaged in conversation on the phone setting up the appt and also in person. Paul was equally as pleasant, thorough and engaged. Neither made me feel like i was being rushed due to whatever they had going on and it is appreciated and noticed. Thank you. The only thing missing from my experience and it was my fault in not following up was getting the 15% off accessories with the Mopar coupon that i mentioned isn’t he beginning. I should have followed up and don’t blame them for this. More
