I brought my 4 year old nephew and Mike was playful with him and very patient. He took me for a test drive and not once spoke about the price or tried to haggle me to do anything different from what I wanted. Came in and did the paperwork, was again patient with me, explaining everything thoroughly. This man has only been at Lindsay for 3 months and it seemed like longer. Josh's facilitation of the specifics of the car buying process coupled with his customer-oriented focus made an immeasurable difference in our experience at Lindsay. I wholeheartedly endorse Josh Osborn and would reccoment that anyone who is considering a vehicular purchase contact him first. Further, Emily Marlowe was wonderful and really made this process (that spanned several days and multiple visits), truly a pleasure for my whole family. She provided us with the technical/mechanical specifics of each of the vehicles were were considering, as well as making the experience a warm, personal, and professional one. We had one question following our purchase and wanted to speak with someone so that we could ensure that we understood the details. We were led to an office and were met by Angel Reyes, who not only expressed zero empathy for a confused family who had just made a $50k purchase, but who would go in to push the paperwork back across the desk to us and state "you signed the paperwork, it's your problem now" and "nobody is going to care, you signed right here". We left, more than disheartened. I would later call and request a meeting with a dealership executive, resulting in a meeting with Carney Link and Ariel Sandy, who agreed that our concern was valid and personally saw that the specifics were ironed out in a timely fashion. In summary, Lindsay Chevrolet of Woodbridge VA is a stand-up operation, whose most forward-leaning staff get it right, every time. They have earned our trust and business both now, and in the future.
