Mike was by far the most professional consultant I interacted with. Very honest and straightforward personality. Answered every question directly with zero sales pitch/pressure vibe. In the end I drove 5hrs to Lindsay Chevy and purchased the vehicle because I trusted Mike (including the way he described every aspect/condition of the vehicle). More

I spent 3 hours trying to explain to the salesman what car I wanted. I don't think he knew the product very well. He kept trying to sell me something I didn't want. I even showed him on the display they had in their showroom. I pointed to the chart and said, "This is what I want, the premier edition." He still didn't get it. They kept coming back and forth on price despite the fact I kept telling them the price wasn't the issue. It was somewhat entertaining though. I think they sent every person in the dealership to talk to me except the janitor. It reminded me of the time years ago when I made the mistake of listening to a sales pitch for a time share. I sent one email to Mark Ross, Salesman at Lindsay and he knew what I was looking for. It makes the whole experience a lot better if the salesman understands and knows the product he is selling. They had 2 of the cars that the other dealer said nobody had. I was in and out in an hour and half. Thank you Mark for the great service. More

Lindsay and team get an A+. GM corporate, not so much. Daniel Mattison worked with me for months to get this car. His communication was outstanding as were his efforts on my behalf. It was GM who failed to advise Lindsay of changes in product regarding the '16 SS sedan to Lindsay in a timely way. Yogi, the sales manager was pro-active throughout the transaction. Matt made the paperwork process quick and painless. It's regrettable that GM is discontinuing the Australian built vehicles. This car is built beautifully and is likely the best value GM offers. Too bad GM hasn't invested any effort or funding to market and advertise the SS sedan. It's a better car than the Charger, and best bang for the buck when compared to the ATS-V and CTS-V.
