Turned out Exceeding Expectations Initially I took my car into service for a check engine light and faulty starting. The cost of repair was very high, granted there was a lot wrong, and the repairs would just keep coming being it was an older car getting high in miles. I had seen the signs for the upgrade program when I dropped my car off 2 days prior, so when I went to pick up my car and pay the huge bill my curiosity got the better of me. I asked about the program and about a car I had seen on the website with no price. My salesperson Alison searched for an hour trying to find it to find out it was out of state. I did the paperwork and was excited my new used car would be there in 2 days max. I hadn't heard anything 2 days later so I went back to the dealer, also needed to return the loaner car. I was then told that the car I had purchased did not pass the post sale inspection and needed some major work so they didn't feel right selling it to me broken. They had extended all warranties so it woukd not have cost me a dime. I appreciated the principle of not selling me a lemon. This is where Alison excelled. Prior to my unannounced arrival, she had gone to the finance manager and gotten me such a deal that I signed the papers for a new new car for almost the exact same price. She even remembered during our tour about a week before that I had liked the black car best and had one out and ready for me to test drive. I appreciate everything that she did and now I have my first ever new new car and could not be happier. More
