He was extremely professional from his introduction until I drove off the lot. Rodrigo has only been with Lincoln for a short time but he knew his cars. He knew all the features that came standard and all the option packages. He asked many questions in order to understand exactly what I was looking for and then showed me a few different cars and explained different options that one had vs the other. I test drove the car and loved it. We then went into the office and started the negotiation. I have leased many cars before and always had an extremely difficult time negotiating a deal. I am in business so I understand how this works. However at Lincoln of Paramus, working with Rodrigo was a pleasure. We did go back and forth a few times with numbers but after only a few minutes we came to an agreement on a price. Joe in finance was a pleasure to deal with. These guys are usually high pressure and always worst case scenario. Joe explained how the different options worked and made me extremely comfortable with the package I chose. BEWARE....No Longer Prestige Lincoln We were given HORRIBLE customer service and against our better judgement choose to do business with them because they asked to give them a chance to m We were given HORRIBLE customer service and against our better judgement choose to do business with them because they asked to give them a chance to make it right. At this point we were taken for fools with a BAIT & SWITCH of car package and engine from car we test drove to car we got and drove for less than a week.The car is defected and been in service for a week with the consistent issue of vibration in gas pedal upon driving. They have replaced 2 wheels, multiple module (not sure what they mean) and replaced computer lines but GM states “nothing is perfect”. This is 50,000+ SUC. Although the service manager agreed with us on test drive...after the 4 previous drives when they have continued to try to fix the issue...that the vibration is there and only gets worse as you accelerate they refuse to change the car. 1. Service manager totally backed down on his findings once in front of the GM, not surprised. 2. GM...”not taking the car is only going to hurt you since the finance has gone through and the car has already been registered” in other words you signed, it’s yours, like it or not! We are so livid and appalled that we’re even going through this as we trusted in the Lincoln name and brand. BTW they claim that the vibration in the gas pedal is normal in all of there 2018 Lincoln MKXs....so what about Lincoln’s statement of having a smooth ride. More

She located an MKC in their inventory based on what we wanted. Without any pressure to make a decision she gave us a great deal on the vehicle. The MKC was not on the lot but the dealership staff brought it to Paramus, prepped and cleaned it so we could take it home that day! Stanley Matthew in finance was very easy going and made the paperwork process quick. Cristina and the dealership made us feel very special and valued as customers. When we took delivery of the vehicle, they had it waiting for us with a big red bow on the hood! Cristina explained all of the features of the MKC and answered any questions we had.
