Great Expereince After riding up and down Route 4 and 17 in Paramus, I was totally exhausted and frustrated with my car search. My wife was also frustrated with the poor customer service in some dealers and the total lack of service in other (FORD in particular) dealers. My wife thought it would be in my best interest to start looking into luxury car dealerships, as there is clearly a difference in customer service and vehicle quality. We stopped at Prestige Lincoln to look at their vehicles. I was introduced to Gary Parker and he turned out to be the best car salesman I met all day! Gary was extremely attentive and understanding in regards to our frustration throughout the day. We looked and the MKC and MKZ, but settled on the MKC. I was impressed with Gary becasue he knew how his vehicles stood up in comparison to it's automotive competition. We told Gary that we would do our due diligence and check out Mercedes Benz before making our decision. He said okay, but you will be back! He was right! We stood in the Benz dealership literally for 15 minutes, talking to a salesperson that was totally ignorant of his completion and the cars he's supposed to be selling. He also seemed as if WE was bothering HIM with even asking any questions. A total disappointment considering that my wife owns a Mercedes. The next day, I called Gary and started the paperwork process. By that evening, I met Stanley Matthew, who walked me through everything on the financial side and I drove off the lot in my new MKC! From beginning to end, it was a GREAT experience! I got a GREAT vehicle for a great price! This is my first time leasing a vehicle and I couldn't have picked a better dealership to work with! More

After finding exactly what I was looking for at Prestige on the car gurus website as well as one other van at another dealership that a relative of mine worked at, much to my pleasant surprise, Christina was not only able to beat the price of my realative, where I was receiving a substantial family member discount, but she also had me in that van on that same day that I located it on her lot.
