..great service department. ..Today I had the misfortune of expiriencing a dead battery on my 2 months old Lincoln Nautilus...I purchased the suv also at Lincoln of Paramus..and ..Today I had the misfortune of expiriencing a dead battery on my 2 months old Lincoln Nautilus...I purchased the suv also at Lincoln of Paramus..and as good of a review that I gave to the sales department and the people I dealt with, I have to say that the service department is as good as the sales depatment and the people I met...when I called with my dead battery in my driveway Lincoln dispatched a tow truck to give a charge (it took 45 minutes..whoa!!)....the service rep Tim said to bring the vehicle over once charged and they will take a look and provide a loaner if needed...when I go there the Nautilus was put inside immediatelly, dignosed and the informed me that a new battery was needed..whoa!!! the whole process began at my driveway at 11:30 am and I was out of the dealership at 2:00 pm with anew battery.. These guys are top notch and do know how to keep their cutomers happy..cudos to Lincoln of Paramus service department..thank you guys..you earned a customer for my Lincoln Nautilus...keep up the good work..I wish I had the name of the 2 managers that took care of me..they were great.. I just purchase a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus from Lincoln of Paramus...the service was first class all around from the sales rep Michael Dreizen to even th I just purchase a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus from Lincoln of Paramus...the service was first class all around from the sales rep Michael Dreizen to even the receptionist...this is a first class act!!...Steve, sales manager was great, he quoted me a fair price for my trade in..the finance manager walk me thru all options available, never pushing for anything just polite and Veronica Acost, the internet manager was a great help in accomodating my schedule of available time with that of Michael....even the receptionist was accomodating in receiving my faxes and placing them on Michael's desk in a timely manner.. All around was a very pleasant expirience...the only way to show my appreciation is to give them all my business when it comes to service and of course recomending them to my family, friends and business associates..THANK YOU GUYS PLEASURE MEETING YOU ALL!!!!!!
