Frank gave us a very good price for the new car, a generous allowance on our trade in, and he made every effort to ensure our complete satisfaction with the new car. Cristina did a fabulous job of facilitating the deal and making sure we understood all the new car's features. And as the Business Manger, Susan was very pleasant to work with. At no time throughout the process did we feel any pressure to buy. All in all, our interaction with all the professionals at Prestige Lincoln was a great experience.
