Lincoln of Paramus

Leased a 2016 MKC I have been driving Lincols for years. My first was the Aviator, then I switched to the MKX (had three of those) and now downsized to an MKC. No pressure, no "sales pitches" just straight talk and the truth is, a Lincoln really sell itself! Every aspect was smooth from the minute I walked in. Time was spent explaining the bells and whistles on my new car and the paper work went smoothly. I have always had positive experiences with Lincoln and I look forward to a great relationship with Prestige! More

Perfect Truck, Great Price, Easy to deal with. I had a very specific truck that i wanted: Ford, F250, Diesel, White, 4 door, low mileage. Couldn't find anything locally, so out of curiosity i we I had a very specific truck that i wanted: Ford, F250, Diesel, White, 4 door, low mileage. Couldn't find anything locally, so out of curiosity i went online to see what else was out there. I came across a truck at Prestige Lincoln, exactly what i wanted & price was perfect. Only one problem, it was located about 3000 miles from my home in California. I called the Dealer, they transferred me to one of their salesman, Ariel Guzman, he answered all my questions, gave me a no-haggle price and within a few minutes i was ready to pull the trigger and purchase the Truck. Since this was the first time i have purchased a vehicle online without looking at it in person, i was nervous...to say the least. I have to say Ariel was patient with me, was not the typical pushy salesman, and gave me the time i needed to make a decision that i was comfortable with. I ended up getting a inspection done by a third party inspection company i found online, to be safe. it came back flawless... I ended up getting the truck, when it showed up at my house, it was better than i expected. \ My wife and I are happy, we found the truck we wanted, at a good price, and were treated very well by the dealership and Ariel Guzman. Since this was my first visit to your new Paramus facility, Mr. San Miguel showed me around the service area and made me feel very comfortable while waiting for my Lincoln. I was introduced to Mr. Doherty who showed me the rest of the facility. Both gentlemen were extremely informative and made me feel extremely comfortable and I definitely will use this facility again. My car was serviced to perfection, and I was pleased to see that the Parts staff had even washed it, a service that was frequently lacking at your previous facility. Exactly what I was looking for! My wife and I live in Phoenix, AZ, but ended up finding the exact vehicle we were looking for at Prestige Lincoln in Paramus, NJ. We searched ever dealership locally in and around Phoenix and started to lose hope. AS we expanded our search radius we came across the Buick Enclave we wanted on eBay. The sales person Ariel Guzman was 100% accurate in describing the look and care of the vehicle. Susan Veaz was our finance manager and she was also perfect in communication and follow up just like Ariel. The dealership picked me up at the airport, drove me to the lot where i was greeted by Ariel and Susan. I have never purchased a vehicle online, i was very neverous, but the personal care provided by Ariel and Susan encouraged me to finalize the purchase. I have had the Enclave now for two weeks and there have been zero surprises or issues. I would recommend Ariel, Susan and Prestige Lincoln to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Car Purchase with Respect I always purchase my car because of my business, but I have found in the past, not all salesmen to be very helpful to me, or they seem to take advant I always purchase my car because of my business, but I have found in the past, not all salesmen to be very helpful to me, or they seem to take advantage when you are a woman trying to buy a car on your own. I, again, had this situation occur when visiting a local Ford dealership prior to looking at Lincoln's. The salesman actually did me a favor because his attitude sent me over to this wonderful new Prestige Lincoln dealership. I got good vibes as soon as i walked in, and you are treated like royalty, and with respect ! Everyone I met and dealt with- Ariel Guzman, Charlie, and Susan, were so helpful and friendly, and ALWAYS respectful of their customers needs . Ariel gave a full explanation of how the dealership operates, and what to do when bringing your car in for check ups or repairs. What an awesome dealership ! My favorite part was when Ariel brought me into the back showroom to pick up my new white MKC, and the only car on that floor is the one you are purchasing - it's like it is being highlighted to spotlight YOUR car !! It was very impressive! Ariel then took the time to explain all the bells and whistles and make sure I felt comfortable and safe to drive my new car home. They all made it very clear that you should never hesitate to stop back in to have anything re-explained ,as they are happy to do it ! Best car buying experience I have ever had !!!! This is my first Lincoln, but I am sure it will not be my last !!! More

Experience like I never had!!! I have leased and purchased many,many cars, all makes, models and from all different dealerships throughout NY and NJ, but the way I was handled, ini I have leased and purchased many,many cars, all makes, models and from all different dealerships throughout NY and NJ, but the way I was handled, initialed by Charlie, then Susan nd finally Ariel was like no other dealership. First, I was a able to take the car that I wanted home for 24 hours in what they called "Date Night". This allowed me to test the car on the highway, local roads, to ensure it fit in my garage and finally that it workded for me and my family for a night out. Charlie then took the lead ball by going the extra few yards to make the deal work, which was not a game or a hard sale. It was always a conversation and I feel he tried to do what was genuinely correct for me and understanding my needs. He kept in touch with me, but not in a hounding sales manner, but more as friend or associate touching base with me. Once the deal was made, Susan handled all the business matters very professionally and took the time to explain all. She did not rush through the paperwork and she made sure I was comfortable with everything. We even found time for personal small talk, which made this process even easier and it knocked down that "business wall". Lastly, Ariel, took ALOT of time to go over ALL the details of my new car. He explained all and did this with a speed so I could understand and comprehend all. He did not rush through the process nor blow through the presentation due to time constraints, even though this process started on a Saturday at 5:30pm, when they close at 6pm. I love my car and they made the entire process from all steps very, very easy and never once did I feel uncomfortable, rushed or pressured. More
