When I returned several days later to pick up the vehicle there was a minor issue that prevented me from taking the vehicle that after noon. Christina and Rich made a quick decision and offered to switch over to the sister vehicle. After a quick inspection they had the vehicle detailed while we finalized the paper work. We explored many dealerships and several different automobiles and we discovered car shopping is not easy! How can you really trust the person sitting across the desk from you? ... How can you be sure you are getting the best price? There IS no way to be absolutely sure ...but for us it's a feeling, its' the energy in the atmosphere and the vibe. We all work hard for the money we earn and we were unwilling to hand it over to someone we didn't feel safe with. - When walking into Prestige Lincoln in Paramus - we got the "feeling". We were greeted by genuinely kind people (every employee acknowledged us - with a warm and simple "Hello"). They allowed us to peruse the showroom and answered any question we had - (and there were a lot). Did I mention the showroom was immaculate and stocked with snacks, water, coffee and more. It felt real, the sale people really seemed to enjoy answering our questions while educating us. Our sales person had such a patient & calming influence -he made us feel safe. He was considerate, experienced, meticulous and trustworthy. The sales manager Charles Dello was so accommodating and knowledgeable, he worked incredibly hard to provide us with the best in all aspects of the deal. I have nothing but praise for the dealership and our sales person Ariel Guzman. Prestige Lincoln is reliable and a praiseworthy,experience - it's young and fresh - it's classy and classic. Cristina helped me lease the appropriate vehicle for me (2016 MKC) with the options I desired at a price that I felt was fair. Charlie explained details of the agreement and package options that I would be offered to buy at closing. The next day I signed documents and picked up my new vehicle. Cristina spent sufficient time with me explaining the features of my new MKC and answering my questions. More
