Very Unpleasant This being my first experience buying a car was by far the worst. They have great cars but it was a complete waste of time. Settled on a price, had everything in order only to be told they no longer accept cash payments over 1,000.. Even after it was confirmed by 4 different people I would be paying in cash and was given a cash walk out price. The manager refused to speak with me and they didn't care much about losing a sale. Didnt leave with a good feeling at all. 32 mile drive for nothing. More

I told Brian Blum exactly what I was looking for, which was a pre owned Lincoln MKX, and he located one within a day. He told me the dealership would receive the vehicle on a certain date, and on that date, I received an email from Mr Blum about the status regarding certification and reconditioning of the vehicle...from there on I received daily emails of when my vehicle would be ready for pick up. If you're looking for a red carpet experience, then this is the dealership to go to! Thanks so much again Brian Blum, I absolutely love my MKX! More

Moving from a BMW to a Lincoln Had a BMW X3 coming off lease and was looking to see if there were any alternatives before getting another one. I can tell you that her professionalism, the upscale feel of the facility and the car itself made the transition from the X3 to a new MKX totally comfortable. I was very impressed with everyone I met at this dealership and the help each of them gave each other was a new experience for me at a car dealer.
